silly question but why do we need faster building time ,I can build lvl 62 in 3h 40m 54s ,I would say it doesn't need to be any faster

skynet i believe i explained promo credits to you once before. They don't do anything yet. And White Angel just because you vastly outrank anyone in the game doesn't mean every feature can be made fair for you. This was added in to give beginners or even old players a quick boost when needed. You are just too big if i made it fair for you everyone would be able to upgrade to your level of tech and buildings and a few days if not hours.
