ACS is being worked on right now. Please be Patient about it. Bothering Tyberious will only delay it.

As far as the Moon Destroy Mission, I am unaware. A post said it was to be back up Last Tuesday, but apparently it hasn't, I am sure Tyberious will get back to us on it when he has time.
